You’ll Need to Have

• DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in the state of Oklahoma
• Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs
• Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
• Must protect PHI and maintain data safeguards; regular HIPAA training will be required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Occasional virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year
• TB testing required for new hires in dental office positions; not applicable in the states of Florida and Tennessee
