Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 Base Salary

Working a 4-day work week , you'll enjoy an excellent work‑life balance while treating patients of all ages in a modern practice that emphasizes quality care, collaboration, and long‑term patient relationships.

We’re looking for a dentist with a broad clinical skill set who is comfortable performing a wide range of procedures, including:

  • Non-molar and molar endodontics
  • Implant placement and restoration (training available if needed)
  • Surgical extractionsComplex full-mouth restorations
  • Invisalign and clear aligner therapy

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide variety of dental conditions using evidence-based clinical practices.
  • Deliver preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical dental procedures with a high standard of care.
  • Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care while creating an exceptional patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with an experienced team of hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative professionals to provide seamless patient care.
  • Participate in continuing education and stay current on advancements in clinical dentistry and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active (or eligible for) Louisiana dental license.
  • Strong clinical skills across general dentistry with confidence performing a broad range of procedures.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and long-term treatment outcomes.
  • Interest in expanding clinical capabilities through advanced training and continuing education.
