$75,000~$100,000 per year
Salary Details
Option A (Base + Commission): A guaranteed $700.00 per day base rate, plus 20% net production commission.
Option B (Pure Production): Flat 30% net production commission

Requirements- General Dentistry
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of active experience practicing as a General Dentist.
Advanced Clinical Skill: Proven, independent proficiency in performing successful root canal procedures.
Comprehensive Care: Perform a full spectrum of general dentistry treatments including comprehensive exams, restorative work, prosthodontics, and extractions.
Confidently diagnose, plan, and perform root canal treatment.
Patient Connection: Foster a trusting, empathetic environment where treatment plans are explained clearly, making dental care a relaxing and transparent experience.
Clinical Leadership: Guide and collaborate with our skilled dental assistants and hygienists to maintain an optimal, efficient daily practice flow.
Jobley Bonus: $140 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)
