In our experience, the doctors who do exceptionally well here are the ones who show up consistently, make themselves available to patients, and focus on providing excellent dentistry rather than trying to structure their day around the minimum number of hours or patients. There is work to do. There are patients to treat. We are looking for a doctor who wants that opportunity. Our doctors are supported so they can focus on what they were trained to do: dentistry. Our team handles scheduling, patient acquisition, administrative support, and the day-to-day systems required to keep the practice moving.
