Responsibilities
- Provide direct dental care to adults and children by performing oral exams & developing individual treatment plans
- Perform procedures such as fillings and extractions
- Assess pain and prescribing medications as appropriate
- Provide education to patients regarding proper dental hygiene
- Supervise staff and the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic in conjunction with the Practice Manager
- Ensure safe and efficient operations of the dental clinic
Qualifications and Skills
- Licensed to practice dentistry in Louisiana
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail oriented.
