Qualifications
- Experience: 2-3 years and/or residency preferred.
- Education: DMD or DDS degree from an accredited college.
- License: Current Dentist license in Wisconsin.
- Special Requirements: DEA Controlled Substance license, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certificate.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $175k - $225k/year (monthly base + 33% of adjusted production).

With a staff of 23, we offer the full range of General, Cosmetic, and Implant dentistry across 9 treatment rooms. Our office features up‑to‑date equipment and a strong patient base built on a 5‑star reputation.

Responsibilities
