What You’ll Do
- Deliver comprehensive dental care with a patient-first approach.
- Diagnose, treatment plan, and perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures.

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license, CPR certification, DEA license, and controlled substance license (if required by state).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- DEA registration.
- Controlled Substance License (if applicable).
- Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and clinical excellence.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- Lead the day with purpose—kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
- Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
- Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Empower your team—delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
Compensation
Earn up to $250,000+ annually!
