What You’ll Do

• Deliver comprehensive dental care with a patient-first approach.
• Diagnose, treatment plan, and perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures.
• Build trust with patients through education and personalized treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and support staff to provide an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license, CPR certification, DEA license, and controlled substance license (if required by state).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• DEA registration.
• Controlled Substance License (if applicable).
• Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and clinical excellence.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose—kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team—delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Compensation

Earn up to $250,000+ annually!
