Key Responsibilities: - Perform oral examinations using x-ray and other specialized equipment. - Diagnose and treat dental and oral diseases. - Conduct dental restorations, extractions, prophylactic, and other dental procedures as indicated. - Execute dental operations and treat mouth diseases. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic dental records and utilize other computer software efficiently. - Ensure compliance with all necessary screening, credentialing, and privileging requirements.## QualificationsRequired Education: - DDS or DMD from an accredited school of dentistry. Required Experience: - Proficiency in using electronic dental records and other computer software. - Experience in performing oral examinations, diagnosing and treating dental and oral diseases, and conducting various dental procedures such as restorations, extractions, and prophylactic treatments. Preferred Experience: - At least one year of experience in a dental practice setting. Required Certifications: - Licensure to practice dentistry in the state of Iowa. - Must obtain BLS certification and mandatory reporter training within the first 30 days of employment. - Ability to pass screening, credentialing, and privileging requirements. - Strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care with a focus on client comfort, treatment, and respect.
