The Position
Morton Dental Group is hiring a skilled, compassionate General Dentist for its Dickson, TN practice, offering a full schedule from day one (booked six months in advance) and preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care. Experience with endodontics or surgical dentistry is a strong plus.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop customized treatment plans
- Deliver preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care
- Conduct routine procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions
- Provide endodontic and minor surgical treatments, if qualified
Skills & Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid dental license to practice in Tennessee
- Strong clinical expertise in general dentistry
Work Environment
On-site position in Dickson, TN; new state-of-the-art facility; PPO/FFS patients only.
Compensation
Production-based model (30% of adjusted production, no base salary, zero lab fees); production-based range of $350,000-$500,000; buy-in/partnership opportunities after 2 years.
