What We Offer

• Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000+ annually

• Daily Guarantee: $700/day for the first 3 months

• Compensation Model: 30% of collections

• Benefits:

  • Continuing Education (CE): Available, negotiable based on associate's needs

  • Health Insurance: Office covers 50% of employee premium, Blue Cross Blue Shield top-tier plan; family coverage available at employee's expense

  • 401(k): 4% match after one year

  • Additional Insurance: Life, short-term disability, long-term disability, and Aflac options

  • PTO / Signing Bonus / Relocation: Negotiable

Schedule & Flexibility

• Open to both full-time and part-time associates

• Flexible scheduling: 1-4 days per week , negotiable based on candidate preference

• No Saturdays; weekdays can be adjusted as needed

Clinical Scope

We provide comprehensive general dentistry including restorative, surgical, prosthodontic, and advanced procedures. Candidates should be comfortable performing a wide range of treatments or eager to grow into that skillset with support.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an associate with:

• At least 1 year of experience in private practice or completion of a GPR/AEGD

• Strong emotional intelligence and bedside manner

• A commitment to ethical dentistry and patient-centered care

• Leadership ability and effective communication skills
