Capital Smiles, part of Heartland Dental, is looking for a General Dentist to lead a supported office with full clinical autonomy. Total compensation is $300,000.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree and an active, unrestricted New York license.
• Passion for patient‑centered, comprehensive care.
• Commitment to continuous learning and continuing education.
• Willingness to credential with dental insurance plans.

Physical Requirements

• Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for periodic virtual and in‑person training.
