Position Summary
- Great emphasis on treatment planning and practice philosophy based on Dental Quality Alliance and Institute of Medicine Principles of Optimal Dental Care.

- Practicing at a comfortable pace while learning to work efficiently and effectively with a flexible schedule that allows 8 hr. and 10 hr. shifts with weekday/weekend/evening cycles.

- The ability to be trained on Laser Dental / Soft Tissue Surgery, Practice Management, Implants, Invisalign, and more.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with clinical staff to provide quality patient care.
- Follow standard dentistry procedures and comply with company policies.
- Refer patients to appropriate specialists as needed.
- Stay abreast with latest developments and techniques in the dental field.
- Exude excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, other Dentists, office managers, and other staff members.
- Performs miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD license.
- Active CPR Certification is required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Employee must stand, walk and use hands and arms to operate general office equipment (PC, telephone, file cabinets, copier, fax machine and printer).
- May occasionally lift and/or move between 10 and 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
- Employee may need to travel to healthcare practices.
