Compensation and Benefits

• Average earning potential: $250,000–$400,000+ , including new graduates
• Daily minimum guarantees
• 30–35% of production , including X-rays, with potential location-based premiums

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions through restorative care, extractions, prosthetic treatment, and other appropriate procedures
• Develop and present treatment plans during patient consultations
• Review treatment options with patients and families and obtain informed consent
• Deliver consistent, compassionate, patient-centered care
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including state dental board regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in accordance with company standards
• Support a positive, collaborative work environment focused on patient care and team success

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an ADA/CDAC-accredited dental school
• Current or eligible state dental license
• Experienced dentists and prospective graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care, clinical quality, and professional growth
• Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including treatment planning, restorative dentistry, exactions, crowns, dentures, and patient education
