Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $5,500 - $5,800
- Specialty: General CRNA
- Location: Cumberland, Maryland
- Setting: High-volume clinical anesthesia services
- Shift Duration: 16-hour days; day-shift coverage options include 8-, 10-, and 12-hour blocks starting at 7:00 AM
- Hours Per Week: 32
- Schedule: Regular hours required; no in-house call, no weeknight pager call, and no weekend pager call
- Start Date: August 31, 2026
- End Date: July 31, 2027
- Duration: Approximately 48 weeks
- Charting System: EPIC
- Case Type: General anesthesia
- Supervision: CRNAs work with physician supervision
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and eligibility for Maryland RN licensure
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Current CRNA certification or recertification through the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
- At least 1 year of CRNA experience
- Board certification required
- Ability to work scheduled shift times and complete full assigned coverage
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and verify patient readiness
- Obtain and/or verify informed consent
- Discuss anesthetic options, risks, and care plans with patients
- Induce, maintain, and emerge patients from anesthesia safely
- Monitor physiological status throughout the anesthesia process
- Provide clinical intervention as needed to support optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate closely with the supervising anesthesia team to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care
