Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $5,870 - $6,190
- Location: Austin, TX 78705
- Start Date: 10/12/2026
- Duration: 12-week locum tenens assignment
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
- Number of Openings: 10
- Case Types: General, Neuro, Ortho, OB, and Electrophysiology; spinal cases required
- Practice Environment: Supervised anesthesia care with MD collaboration
- Current and active Registered Nurse license
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program
- Certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
- At least 1 year of CRNA experience required
- Experience with general, orthopedic, obstetric, and neuro anesthesia preferred
- Strong spinal anesthesia experience required
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-focused clinical skills
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
- Obtain and/or verify patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
- Induce, maintain, and emerge patients from anesthesia
- Monitor physiological status throughout the perioperative period
- Provide clinical intervention as needed to support safe patient care
