Antares is seeking its first General Counsel to build the legal and compliance foundation as it scales its nuclear microreactors from prototype to production. You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to enable rapid execution while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.
As GC, you will lead government contracts, export controls, NRC licensing, and enterprise-wide legal strategy, drafting templates and playbooks, and managing external counsel as needed.
