We are seeking a commercially focused General Counsel to join a high-growth, market-leader NYSE-listed FinTech company (~$4-5B+ market cap) based in New Jersey. This GC will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, senior leadership team, and Board, applying a forward-looking, strategic approach to legal and business matters, especially to support Organic Commercial Growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor to the CEO, senior leadership team, and Board
- Apply a forward-looking, strategic approach to legal and business matters
- Support organic commercial growth and scale the company's legal strategy with business goals
Qualifications
- Strong commercial and growth-oriented mindset
- Intellectual Property experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and the Board
- Prior in-house experience and a top-tier law firm background are required
