We are seeking dependable General Construction Laborers to join our team for the busy pool building season. This position assists with all phases of swimming pool installation and general construction tasks. No pool construction experience is required training will be provided.

- Assist with swimming pool installation
- Dig, grade, and prepare job sites
- Load and move materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Construction experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
