Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including heavy lifting, digging, cleaning, and site preparation
- Assist skilled trades and supervisors as needed
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Follow safety procedures and job-site rules
- Support daily construction operations as assigned
- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Familiarity with basic construction tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
