Construction Laborer
Positions available in Cole and Callaway county currently. Expanding to Miller County soon!
Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and job requirements
Full-time and temporary opportunities may be available. Overtime may be available depending on the project.
We are looking for dependable Construction Laborers to assist with a variety of construction and jobsite tasks. This is a hands-on position for individuals who are comfortable working outdoors, using basic hand tools, and supporting skilled tradespeople and crews.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with general construction and jobsite cleanup
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials
- Use basic hand and power tools as directed
- Assist skilled workers with various construction tasks
- Measure, carry, and position materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous construction experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Must be able to pass any required screening
