Freezer Area Sanitation Technician
Join our sanitation team supporting the distribution facility freezer operations. This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing freezer warehouse areas while following safety procedures.
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize freezer warehouse areas
- Remove debris, and maintain cleanliness standards
- Use sanitation chemicals and cleaning equipment safely
- Follow GMP, food safety, and OSHA guidelines
- Work in cold-temperature environments for extended periods
- Complete assigned cleaning schedules and documentation
- Work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment
- Freezer temperatures may range from -10°F to 20°F
- Cold-weather PPE provided
- Fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting required
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in cold conditions
- Prior warehouse, sanitation, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
- Must follow safety procedures and directions
