Civil Litigation Associate Attorney
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling a broad range of civil litigation matters and wants meaningful responsibility and autonomy throughout the life of a case.
Responsibilities
Experience in general civil litigation, commercial/business litigation, contract disputes, construction litigation/disputes, or insurance-related disputes are welcome.

Civil Litigation Associate Attorney
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling a broad range of civil litigation matters and wants meaningful responsibility and autonomy throughout the life of a case.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Develop case strategy and work closely with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
- Analyze liability, damages, and relevant legal issues
- Handle discovery and prepare cases for trial
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to effectively manage matters
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license and good standing in Idaho
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Ability to independently manage cases while working effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
