- No interventional or invasive procedures required

- Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO)
- Completion of accredited residency & fellowship in Cardiology
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Cardiology
- Eligible for unrestricted Michigan medical license and Controlled Substance License
