Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care
- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of cardiovascular conditions
- Interpret and utilize non-invasive cardiovascular imaging studies
- Collaborate with cardiovascular specialists, primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, and hospital staff
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Support cardiovascular service line growth and development
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within Epic EMR
- Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care in accordance with best clinical practices
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- Completion of accredited Internal Medicine and Cardiology training programs
- Eligible for unrestricted Georgia medical licensure
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
