General Cardiologist

Florida Cardiovascular Partners, a leading cardiovascular practice on Florida’s Treasure Coast, is seeking a full-time physician to join their well-established, high-performing cardiology practice. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a collegial and growing organization that emphasizes clinical excellence, innovation, and patient access. The position involves ASC procedures and hospital rounding within a physician-led, independent group practice environment.

• Physician-led, independent group practice environment with ASC procedures and hospital rounding
• Family-like, well-established, and high-performing cardiology practice with an experienced administrative team
• Dedicated clinical staff assigned to each physician
• Access to advanced patient care technology through cutting-edge, hospital-grade imaging, diagnostic tools, and technology
• Private practice environment with broad shared administrative services (HR, marketing, compliance, IT, payor negotiations)
• Full spectrum of cardiovascular services, from office-based diagnostics to advanced hospital procedures, including interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, vascular surgery, and structural heart interventions like TAVR

Compensation

• Compensation Range: $450,000 - $600,000
• Market-competitive base compensation with a three-year salary guarantee
• Additional compensation based on productivity
