This is a 3rd shift on-site position, with hours from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.Role ResponsibilitiesWork in a manufacturing team environment on multiple production lines to produce air filtration productsPerform various tasks throughout the shift in a fast-paced work environmentFollow theoretical and practical instructionsCommunicate effectively with team members and Team Leaders to achieve a high efficiency and high-quality air filtration productInspect work of the previous operators and communicate to them whether the quality is acceptableComplete & record all applicable paperwork (scrap reports, first-piece inspection sheets, etc.)Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and proceduresUse all designated Personal Protective Equipment as requiredMinimum QualificationsPerform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced work environmentFollow written and oral instructionAdhere to safety proceduresPreferred QualificationsFollow set-up sheets, route sheets, and first-piece inspection sheetsExhibit mechanical aptitudeProblem solve efficiently and effectivelyRetain knowledge of the department of operationMake sound decisions & maintain consistent high quality in work habitsMaintain accurate recordsExhibit attention to detailInteract constructively and effectively with all plant employeesWork in a team environment toward a common goalHourly Rate: $21.05Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance.This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.Employee benefits are part of the competitive total rewards package that Donaldson Company, Inc.
