Sanford Health's Department of Anesthesia is seeking board-certified MDAs to join their team in Fargo, ND. The department consists of 24 anesthesiologists and over 80 CRNAs providing care across approximately 28,000 cases annually. Providers will work within the region's only Level I Trauma Center and Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center.

Compensation
- Annual compensation of $625,000 if you complete required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE
- $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years
