General Anesthesiologist | High Acuity Trauma Center | 50K Start Bonus | Hudson FL

HCA Healthcare is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible General Anesthesiologist to join our collaborative anesthesia team at Northside Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. This opportunity offers a competitive compensation package, a $50,000 start date bonus, and a practice with no obstetrics, pediatrics, or trauma.

Position Overview

• Staffing model of 4 General Anesthesiologists, 2 Cardiac Anesthesiologists, and 6 CRNAs
• Annual surgical volume of approximately 7,000 cases, averaging 26 cases per day
• Four main ORs plus three NORA locations: Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Endoscopy
• No obstetrics, pediatric, or trauma cases
• Scheduled Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• General call is beeper call from home: 7 days per month plus 1 weekend per month
• Additional compensation available for extra shifts

Qualified Candidates

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Eligible for or currently hold an unrestricted Florida medical license
• Current Florida DEA registration or ability to obtain unrestricted DEA registration
