Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our insurance footprint across the region.
• Recruit, train, and provide ongoing mentorship to a growing team of sales professionals.
• Establish and nurture key relationships with community members, business owners, and referral partners in Warrenton.
• Monitor regional sales performance metrics and adjust tactics to ensure we meet our collective goals.
• Review and analyze client needs to ensure we are delivering the most appropriate coverage solutions.
• Foster a collaborative office environment where every team member feels supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Requirements

• Valid Life and Health insurance license.
• Proven track record of success in insurance sales and business development.
• Deep understanding of the local Virginia insurance market and regulatory landscape.
• Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
• Capability to mentor and lead diverse sales groups.
• Experience with agency management systems and financial reporting software.
