Leading the quality engineering strategy for AI-driven platforms, the full-time hybrid GenAI Test Automation Lead will define and execute comprehensive testing strategies for GenAI applications, oversee automation transformation efforts, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions. Key responsibilities Design and implement testing strategies for GenAI applications and AI bots Coordinate with offshore QA teams on test execution, defect management, and automation development Track testing progress and report results to stakeholders while ensuring adherence to QA standards Required qualifications 10-15 years of experience in QA, with at least 5 years focused on automation Strong expertise in Selenium/Playwright, API testing, and CI/CD frameworks In-depth knowledge of the Property and Casualty domain and claims processing Experience in test automation using Robot framework and Playwright for UI applications Proven track record in GenAI implementation and testing of AI models and bots
