Luxoft is seeking a hands-on GenAI Platform Engineering Team Lead to drive delivery of the platform roadmap, ensure technical quality, and oversee production operations for enterprise GenAI workloads. You will mentor SE II/SE III engineers and contractors while contributing to the hardest problems in a regulated setting.
The role reports to the GenAI Services Director and collaborates with governance, architecture, and enablement teams to align platform enforcement with governance requirements.
