Generative AI/ LLM Fine-tuning and Agentic AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- LLM Customization: Design, execute, and manage thefine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific enterprise tasks and domain-specific knowledge.
- Agentic System Development: Architect, develop, and integrateAgentic AI systems and complexMulti-Agent frameworks to solve business problems and automate workflows.
- Platform Implementation: UtilizePython and leverage ML/DL andData Science principles to build, test, and deploy GenAI solutions on cloud platforms, primarilyAWS .
- Data Pipeline Integration: ApplyData Engineering skills to ensure high-quality data collection, transformation, and management to support model training and fine-tuning processes.
- Project Execution: Collaborate within anAgile/Scrum environment, applyingAnalytical andCreative Thinking to rapidly iterate on prototypes and deliver production-ready AI capabilities.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Communicate technical findings, progress, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Proven, solid experience in Generative AI (GenAI) implementation.
- Direct experience withLLM fine-tuning techniques and frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deployAgentic AI andMulti-Agent systems.
- Strong foundational knowledge ofMachine Learning andDeep Learning algorithms and practices.
- Familiarity with cloud services, particularlyAWS .
- Experience inData Engineering or robust data pipeline development for ML applications.
- Comfortable operating within anAgile/Scrum development methodology.
- ExceptionalCommunication skills and a strong mindset forAnalytical andCreative problem-solving .
