GenAI Data Strategy Leader - Architect of Data Flywheel

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Director of GenAI Data Strategy in Santa Clara, CA. You will own the comprehensive data strategy that fuels our foundation models, collaborating with researchers and engineers to identify model failure modes and bridge gaps via strategic data acquisition, curation, and synthetic data generation.

You will define an end-to-end data roadmap across modalities, manage external data partners, and lead HITL and RLHF programs to ensure safety and alignment.
