Scale is seeking a Machine Learning Research Engineer, Agents - Enterprise GenAI to advance state-of-the-art Agent RL training for enterprise datasets. You will train models, iterate on agent-building algorithms, and contribute to experimental results across client benchmarks.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years building with LLMs in production, experience with post-training methods (RLHF/RLVR, PPO/GRPO), and a track record of publications in top conferences. PhD or MS in CS preferred.
