We're looking for an experienced Autobody or Industrial Painter to join our dynamic team and help us continue producing world-class boats.Operates spray equipment to apply gel coat and/or flake to boat molds as per order specifications.Job Duties:Read work orders to check for color to be applied in which areaAssure proper taping has been performedUse of air and airless bulk spray guns and hand pot spray gun to apply gel coat and/or flake to molds in required thicknessMove boat molds and/or small parts in and out of gel coat boothClean and maintain spray equipment and keep in proper working orderClean and maintain spray boothAny other duties assignedQualifications:Ability to work early morning hours (5:00a.m.) and flexible hoursWear respirator for 10+ hours a dayUnderstand the purpose of and how to use a mil-gaugeBe able to read and write English and be able to paint any color on decks or hullsColor sensitivityAbility to perform walking, standing, bending, pushing/pulling for 8+ hours a dayAbility to lift 20 lbs.Ability to work in heatAbility to work in an environment with chemical fumes, noiseManual dexterityDetail orientedHave good quality habitsHave good attendance habitsAbility to follow instructions accurately
