Responsibilities
- Greeting customers warmly and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assisting customers with flavor choices, explaining ingredients, and making recommendations.
- Skillfully scooping gelato into cups, cones, and other containers, ensuring proper portion control and appealing presentation.
- Operating the cash register and accurately handling cash and card transactions.
- Promoting special offers, seasonal items, and encouraging upselling.
- Addressing customer complaints and inquiries professionally and promptly.
Qualifications.
Prior experience is a must.
