Designing, coding, testing, modifying and debugging computer software and applications. Translating business requirements into secure, maintainable code and development activities. Working in the Enterprise GIS Team of IT Applications in collaboration with other IT team members.
Developing enterprise GIS services, applications, and databases in coordination with client, server, network, and database/data warehouse personnel. Developing customized web applications, geoprocessing and GIS web services, and GIS web editing/mapping applications. Conducting performance, unit, system, integration, and quality assurance testing of applications.
Providing end user support and creating support documentation. Estimating work effort and proposing/designing development solutions.
