The Hershey Company is seeking a GCC Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new capability onboarding into the Global Capability Center. You will own intake, transition execution, stakeholder alignment, and organizational readiness to ensure a smooth migration of processes, services, and teams into the GCC.
You will serve as the primary liaison among business functions, HR, IT, and external partners, driving adoption and governance while minimizing risk and maximizing value.
