In this field-based role, you will inspect containers, trailers, and chassis as they enter and exit the facility, verifying equipment condition, seals, and identification numbers. You’ll review and enter gate data, match documentation, and use terminal systems and RF devices to process moves.
The Gate Inspector directs traffic flow, communicates with drivers and yard staff, and follows strict safety procedures and PPE standards while working outdoors in a fast-paced, 24/7 transportation environment.
