Start Time: 8:00 AM (MAC Blocks Begin at 7:30 AM)

Weeknight Call: None
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (Required)
- Active Illinois License, DEA & CSR (Required In Hand)
- ACLS (Required)
- BLS (Required)
- Moderate Sedation (Required)
- Availability for at least One Full Monday Friday Week Per Month (Required)
- Clean & Easy-to-Credential Candidate (Highly Preferred)
- Two Professional References (Required)
