Gastroenterology Physician

Responsibilities

• Focus on General Gastroenterology with some ERCPs, though not a huge volume.
• Conduct advanced endoscopy, which comprises about 10% of ERCPs.
• Perform outpatient procedures at a nearby Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
• Potential opportunity to buy into ownership of an ambulatory Endo suite for additional income.
• Work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, with an option for 4-day, 10-hour shifts.
• Participate in a 1:3 call schedule for outpatient services with no hospital call.
• Engage in value-based medicine with potential quality bonuses.

Compensation

• Base salary for the first 3 years, transitioning to a collection bonus model.
• Compensation based on collections minus overhead, leading to take-home pay.
• Expected earnings of $400K with significant earning potential upon becoming a partner.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
• Must hold a New Jersey medical license.
• Open to considering both new graduates and experienced providers.
