Appalachian Regional Healthcare invites a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our expanding specialty team at Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center. This role offers the chance to provide expert gastroenterology care in a growing, collaborative environment that values quality, innovation, and community impact. You’ll practice within a large, integrated health system that supports your clinical expertise while fostering strong local relationships to improve digestive health outcomes throughout Eastern Kentucky and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of gastrointestinal disorders including liver, pancreas, esophageal, and colorectal diseases
- Perform advanced endoscopic procedures including colonoscopy, EGD, and therapeutic interventions
- Work closely with primary care, surgery, oncology, and radiology teams to coordinate multidisciplinary patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regional clinical collaborations

Candidate Profile
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Experienced in both diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy
