Gastroenterologist Locums Job in Kentucky Ongoing Through Remainder of 2026 with Option to Extend Starts ASAP 2026
Clinic: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Call: 7am-7am with 1-2 hours of morning rounding (10 days of call shifts per month)
OR: 2-3 days per week, 12-15 procedures per day. Fewer if the procedures are longer/more complex.
Credentials Accepted: Physician (MD/DO) must have IMLC or Kentucky license
ACLS and BLS required
Must be Board Certified
EMR = Meditech
Support staff: 1NP,1clerk and 1MA will work with the provider in clinic. Clinic volume is 25-30 patients per day with a 15/30 schedule.
Procedures: EGD, colonoscopies, etc.
Provider will be required to supervise APPs
Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
Client will accept minimum of 2 weeks/mo.
