- Perform all general and advanced GI procedures, including complex endoscopies, ERCP, and EUS
- Provide patient care within a Level IV trauma center with a diverse patient population
- Support hospital and clinic staff with scheduled outpatient and inpatient services
- Be available for call coverage for emergencies and after-hours procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document procedures and patient interactions using Cerner EMR
Required:
- Board Certification in Gastroenterology
- WV medical license or willingness to obtain
- DEA certification
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years GI experience, including ERCP and EUS procedures
Preferred:
- Experience in a Level IV trauma center
- Ability to work independently with excellent clinical judgment
