Appalachian Regional Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our dedicated specialty team in Middlesboro, Kentucky. This role offers a chance to deliver comprehensive GI care in a supportive and collaborative health system focused on improving community health throughout southeastern Kentucky and southern West Virginia. Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions including liver, pancreatic, esophageal, and colorectal disorders.
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopy, upper endoscopy (EGD), and other interventions.
  • Collaborate closely with primary care, surgery, oncology, and radiology teams within the ARH network.
  • Engage in quality initiatives and multidisciplinary case discussions.
