- Provide inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology services, including clinical assessments and procedures
- Perform ERCP procedures for complex cases
- Participate in patient rounds and clinic management
- Collaborate with hospital staff and APP team supporting outpatient and inpatient care
- Contribute to teaching opportunities through our GME program (if interested)
- Engage in comprehensive patient care enabling optimal health outcomes
- Assist in hospital coverage and provide expertise in GI diagnostics and treatments
Required:
- MD/DO degree with active Michigan medical license or eligible
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (must become certified within 1 year)
- ERCP certification preferred
- 5-8 years of GI practice experience (not including residency/fellowship)
- Key skills: excellent communication, teamwork, and procedural competence
Preferred:
- ITIL and/or other industry certifications
- PMP certification
- Experience with hospital-based and outpatient settings
