Dates of Coverage: December 25 - January 1, ongoing coverage needed in 2027
Details/Requirements for Assignment :
Must have an active Indiana license and CSR and DEA to be considered
Temp privs available
Board Certification required
24 hour call coverage with rounding, 1-2 hours, each morning
Inpatient setting, with transfers and consults. PA takes first call
Busy facility
ERCP/EUS is required
Level 2 Trauma
