We are seeking a full-time Gastroenterology Physician to join a well-established, high-volume GI practice in Durango, CO. This opportunity offers immediate procedural volume with no ramp period, strong earning potential, and a clear, near-term path to ownership in both the GI practice and a physician-owned surgical hospital. Providers have the autonomy to tailor their scope mix, clinic load, and schedule, allowing for a practice model aligned with individual clinical interests and lifestyle goals.
Practice Info
- Well-established, high-volume GI practice

- Ability to scope 2 days per week initially, scaling up to 4 days per week

Compensation
- $450,000 - $650,000 guaranteed compensation in Year 1, plus signing bonus
- Forgivable income guarantee supporting full earnings from day one

Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical institution
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Gastroenterology fellowship
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Eligible for Colorado medical licensure
