Job Details:
- Provide Gastroenterology services with 24-hour call coverage on an ongoing basis through 2026 and into 2027
- Schedule is Monday through Thursday 7am - 7am (24-hour coverage) and Friday 7am - 7pm (12-hour coverage)
- No weekend call required
- ERCP experience is required
- Active Michigan medical license required (IMLC accepted only when dates are 60+ days out with proof of LOQ)
- Board certification required; truly Board Eligible providers will be reviewed
- Active DEA license required at time of start
- Malpractice must be included in submitted rates; no exceptions for quick credentialing
- Copy of NPDB self-query required at presentation (must be pulled within 30 days)
- Site uses reverse billing; provider must clock in/out using Doc Time - no timesheets will be approved
- Employee health requirements include flu vaccine, COVID documentation, TB testing, and other standard immunization documentation
