• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (competitive salary package based on experience)

What You ll Do

• Perform ambulatory endoscopy procedures, including ERCP and EUS, with specialization in these techniques.
• Assist in inpatient and outpatient care within the hospital and GI clinic.
• Participate in call coverage (1:3 shared call, including hospitalist support).
• Support patient flow and care coordination at a modern ambulatory surgery center.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and GI colleagues to provide excellent patient care.
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and care management.
• Contribute to establishing and growing a new GI practice within the hospital system.

What You Need
Required:

• MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Ability to perform endoscopy procedures including ERCP and EUS

Preferred:

• Prior experience in ambulatory endoscopy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

McLaren Bay Region is seeking two passionate Gastroenterologists to help establish and expand a new practice in Bay City, Michigan.
